It is with great pleasure that we announce Neuways has been nominated for the Customer Care Initiative of the Year category at the Security & Fire Excellence Awards.

Highlighting the work of our ground-breaking software, NeuVue360, the nomination also recognises the fine contribution of the entire Neuways team over the last year.

Special emphasis is placed on the teamwork shown by the Support department, who have provided Neuways customers with quality customer service, as ever, over the last 18 months.

Despite moving to remote working, the Neuways Support team has maintained its record of meeting 100% of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers, as well as improving its Customer Satisfaction Rating to 98%.
