A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Co-Ordinator at Neuways to support the further development of an already successful and rapidly expanding company. This position will involve working with both existing customers and helping to develop new business opportunities. As the Business Development Co-Ordinator, you will report to the Business Development Director. Your primary role will be to work in partnership with the Business Consultants and provide efficient and effective support for the Business Development Director and Business Consultants. This will include, but not be limited to:

  • Contacting existing customers to ensure we are providing exceptional customer service, keeping customers up to date with new or upcoming technology requirements/changes, generating renewal quotes for customers and following these up when necessary in a timely manner.
  • Logging customer calls and answering customer queries, including those of a financial nature such as budgeting, renewals and pricing.
  • Liaising closely with the Business Development Director and/or other relevant teams to escalate advanced queries that cannot be answered directly.
  • Managing/updating proposal templates, so they contain the latest product and business information and sending up-to-date quotes to customers for common products.
  • Managing/updating customer-specific information and information on potential clients in the company database (ConnectWise), keeping internal “Teams” up to date, updating product information in the product knowledge database and disseminating product information to the Business Consultants.

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic person who is a self-starter and has a positive approach to all tasks and communication.

You will need to be professional, work well as part of a team and be able to work independently using your own initiative. It is essential that you are well organised, can meet deadlines, and can manage your time and priorities effectively.

You must have a good level of numeracy, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

It is important that you can work conscientiously, accurately and efficiently with attention to detail.

You will need to be IT literate, including proficiency and experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite and other database applications. Experience in a similar support role, a deeper knowledge and experience of Microsoft, and an interest in and/or experience of using technology in business would be advantageous, although further training would be given as appropriate. It is an expectation that the successful candidate would be willing to undergo “Product Training and Accreditation” to obtain essential product training certifications.

The salary will be dependent on experience, but within the region of £22 – £25K.

Minimum 5 GCSE’s required grade 5 or above.
